Tasriha connects barbershops and salons with their customers: taking a turn in a queue, booking an appointment, finding a shop nearby. This page says exactly what is stored, why, for how long, and how to get it back or delete it.

The controller is the publisher of Tasriha, established in Spain. For any question or request, write to the address at the foot of this page.

What is stored

For a customer account: your first name, your telephone number, the language you chose, and — only if you add one yourself — an email address. The password itself is never stored: only a cryptographic hash, from which it cannot be recovered.

When you take a turn or book: the shop, the chair, the time, the ticket number and its state. For an appointment, the services chosen and their price at the time of booking, plus any note you write.

If you leave a review: the rating, the text, and the shop it concerns.

If you enable notifications: the technical address your browser provides so we can reach you. It contains neither your name nor your number.

Two counters: how many visits you have made and how many you missed. A shop uses them to decide whether it can rely on you.

For a shop account: the business name, its approximate location (commune and a point on the map), its hours, services and photographs. That information is public — it is the point of it.

What is not stored

No payments. A shop's subscription is settled outside the app, by CCP or BaridiMob, and no banking data passes through Tasriha.

No continuous location. If you press "find my position", it is used to sort shops by distance and is not kept.

Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or handed to a third-party tracker. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad network.

Photographs uploaded by a shop are stripped of their metadata — GPS coordinates and device identifier included — before being stored.

Why

Number and first name: so the shop knows who is waiting, and so you can get back into your account. Without them the service does not exist.

Email: only to return your account to you if you forget your password. It is optional and is used for nothing else.

Tickets and appointments: they are the service itself.

Visit and no-show counters: so a shop can decide whether to accept a booking.

For how long

Finished tickets are anonymised after twelve months: your identity is removed and the shop keeps the count of its day.

Notes and addresses written on an appointment are erased after twenty-four months.

Verification codes expire in fifteen minutes and are deleted nightly.

A notification subscription is deleted after ninety days with no successful delivery.

Everything else is kept while your account exists. You can delete it whenever you like.

Who else can see it

The shop where you take a turn sees your first name, your number and your history with them. Nothing further: no shop can see what you do at another.

The technical providers that host the service: Vercel (application, EU), Neon (database, EU), Cloudflare R2 (photographs), Railway (realtime), Resend (email), Mapbox (map). They process the data on our behalf and for nothing else.

Nobody else. No data is sold or traded.

Your rights

From the "Me" screen, two buttons: download all of your data as a file, and delete your account.

Deleting removes the account, the customer record, tickets, appointments, reviews, favourites and notification subscriptions. It is immediate and permanent.

You may also ask for an inaccuracy to be corrected, or object to a processing, by writing to the address below.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the competent data protection authority.

Cookies

Tasriha sets only necessary cookies: the one that keeps you signed in, the one that remembers your language, and the one that keeps a shop's counter open. No advertising cookie and no analytics cookie — which is why there is no banner to accept.
