How paying works
- You pick a length and transfer by CCP or BaridiMob.
- You send us the transfer reference on WhatsApp.
- We send back a twelve-character code.
- You type it on your counter's Subscription screen. The days are added immediately.
When the days run out
We warn you at seven days, at three, and again on the last one.
If you do not top up, your salon leaves the customer side of the app and your counter stops.
Nothing is deleted: your services, your team, your photographs and your history stay. A new code turns it all back on.
Days stack: topping up early never loses time you have already paid for.
Is there a commission on my customers?
No. The price above is the only price. What a customer pays you does not pass through us — they pay you at the chair, as before.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. When your salon is approved you get seven days to watch your counter run a real day before anyone asks you for anything.
What if I close for two months?
Let the days run out. Your salon leaves the app and your account stays. You turn it back on with a code when you reopen.
Lost the code?
Write to us with your transfer reference. We can see what was issued for your salon and send another.
